Painting Mosaic Still Life
Having an interest in art that continued from childhood to this present day, Trish learned through trial and error how to paint and use tile. Although having no formal training, her desire to try her hand at various forms of art expression revealed that anyone with a desire can accomplish something good.

Her appreciation of the Italian culture and her love of nature is a great influence in her pieces.

Narrative:
This client wanted a tropical image for her bathroom wall. She framed it in a grey pencil tiles. When consulting with me on the design, she handed me a little bag of shells. She said she had picked these shells up off of Rockaway Beach in New York when she was 15 years old. She wanted them incorporated into the picture. Theyre hard to see on the screen but gave good texture to the finished piece.
